DANFORTH, Catherine Melinger Campbell - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Catharine DANFORTH died Saturday August 16 from old age and general debility at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. Nine near Hillsboro. Deceased was bout 90 and one of the old settlers of the county. She was a step mother to Mrs. George Butt of this city and the mother of Albert Campbell, ex-county commissioner. The funeral was held at Campbell Chapel on Sunday afternoon on the old home place.
